How To Make Bun Masala Recipe

 

Ingredients

4 large buns (fried on high heat)
3 tbsp butter
¼ coconut (chopped)
¼ cup groundnuts (roasted)
½ cup peas (matar) boiled
2 green chili (chopped)
¼ cup tomatoes (chopped)
¼ cup Cheese (chopped)
1 tbsp green coriander (chopped)
½ tbsp. ginger (chopped)
1¼ tsp black pepper pwd
1¼  tsp salt
1¼ chaat masala
1 lemon juice

 

Method To Make Bun Masala

 

  • Put the boiled peas, tomatoes, cheese, green coriander, ginger, green chili, groundnuts and coconut in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chaat masala, half the butter and lemon juice and blend well. Mix the remaining salt and spices with the remaining butter.
  • Cut the fired buns horizontaly from the top. Make it hallow in the center. Fill the mixture and replace the upper half. Prepare other bun masala the same way.
  • Spread the masala mixed butter on the ready buns and bake in an oven for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
